Our products are printed specifically for each customer when an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Size Ordered

Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing. We generally cannot offer exchanges or refunds when a customer selects the wrong size, except where required by law.
